Starting very soon, our biggest challenge of the year will start. For those who have done it in the past, you know how epic it was. For those who didn't, buckle up. You're in for a ride.

If you are unaware of how this challenge works, keep reading.


You can enter this our challenge as an individual, in pairs with a buddy, or be part of a team! This will make you accountable and therefore improve your results!

This is not a free challenge either. You have to buy in. Having skin in the game means you'll be more motivated. So if you're looking for a free challenge that you can flake out and not finish, this isn't for you.

It's ridiculously fun though and you'll actually love the process of getting slim, toning up and looking fabulous for summer!

Cost: $120 per person to enter. (Lower cost this year)

Our 6 Week challenge is called "THE GREAT RACE". Placed in teams of 3 or 4 or 5 (depending on registrations), you'll have to run/ride/row from Perth to Sydney. That's 4000km in 6 weeks. Yes, I know what you're thinking, that's too long.

We've run this challenge every year (except lockdown last year) and this challenge is guaranteed to make you fitter, leaner and in the best shape ever!

Here are the rules:

i) Total km's each week by all team members will be added up and displayed on our leader board in the gym

ii) Ways to earn points include:

Every group class = 8km (all classes. Including Yoga, pilates, meditation)

Every 30 min PT = 6km

Every 45 min PT = 8km

20 Burpees = 1km

2km Spin Bike = 1km

1km row (gym) = 1km

1km Run or Power Walk = 1km

Clean eating = 4km per day (8km per day for weekends)

iii) As part of your team, your job is to do extras outside of the gym as well as attend as many classes as you can. So, set up facebook groups and whatsapp groups and run/ride on weekends!

iv) Teams and Individuals with the best results will win Cash prizes!

v) Extra outdoor bootcamps will be held every Sunday for Challenge participants only.

vi) Final point. Registrations close AUGUST 25TH! Launch nightwill be on Monday September 25th where you'll get your first body scan and we'll ALLOCATE TEAMS!!!
