The 14 day yoga challenge

"26th April – 10 May"

If you are feeling a little stiff, tired, overwhelmed or mentally scattered, then the 14 day Yoga/Meditation challenge is for you.

For 14 days, you'll commit daily to moving physically through flow yoga to improve movement/flexibility and then relax with yin yoga & mediation.

This challenge is designed to help you shed any accumulated stress & feel calmer, stretch the body and find spacious and create the daily habit of meditation, which even if you only do 5 minutes a day can reduce anxiety & decrease depression.

This challenge will be blended, with in studio & online options so you can commit to a practice every day.

The online component will be delivered to your inbox every morning, so you can start the day feeling calm, clear and energised. You'll then have the link the evening before along with an email guiding some home rituals to cleanse your body, home and habits.

These are for the days you can not make it to the studio, but feel free to do both sessions.

The online classes will be 30 mins & will include movement & meditation, along with a theme for the day.

We will be adding additional yoga classes to the schedule over the 14 day period with various teachers so there are more options for you to jump on the mat every day.

Every evening a 5 minute meditation or yoga nidra will be sent.

Along with journal prompts – which can be very helpful for after mediation.

Ok, so in Summary;  the 14 Day Challenge is as follows:

1) Every day flow Yoga, 5 Min Meditation and Journaling.

2) Blended between in Studio and At home

3) Extra In class Yoga classes added for those 2 weeks!
